Frequently asked questions
Can I change tiers later?
Yes — upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Each space has its own subscription, so you can mix tiers across spaces.
What counts as a participant?
Anyone registered to your space. Team members don't count against the participant limit.
Is there a trial?
The Free tier has no time limit — use it as long as you like and upgrade when you hit its limits.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly per space through Stripe. Usage-based extras, where applicable, appear on the same invoice.
